Events tickets not working

Hi,
We’ve been using the events calendar and events tickets pro for around 10 months now. All of a sudden this isn’t working properly.
If a customer tries to RSVP for an event it just shows the loading dots and then eventually goes back to the customer needing to enter their information.
For paid tickets they can checkout and pay but receive a page not found error. No tickets are sent but payment is taken.
We use stripe for payments. I have tried switching theme and disabling plugins. I’ve also tried rolling back via jetpack to a point where we knew it worked.
We haven’t made any changes to the website so this issue hasn’t been caused by an action we have taken.
