    Hello,

    I am working on a client’s page and they don’t know their own license key for the plugin, so I can’t contact the premium support. However I have recently updated all the plugins and the event tickets plus crashed the site – caused fatal error. I couldn’t reach the admin site anymore, until I deactivated all plugins in back end.

    Are there compatibility issues? Are there updates available?

    The client has a WordPress Version 6.5

    To gain further insight into the root cause of the error, kindly activate the debugging feature. However, for safety reasons, it is recommended that you initially test the debugging on a staging version of your live site before implementing it on the live site itself.
