Events Submission Form

  • Hi,

    I’ve added a submission form which seems to be working just fine except for a couple of issues:

    1) Can I make some of the fields mandatory e.g. “Your Details” section?
    2) I have an extra heading “Event Styles” and I can’t see how to get rid of it?

    hi,

    you can try to hook into em_event_validate filter to make fields required; this filter located under classes/em-event.php (reference)

    #2 do you have sample screenshot to this? is this under frontend event submissions form as well?

    Hi,

    You can see it here on the submission form: https://www.thishitchinmummy.co.uk/submit-an-event

    There’s a heading at the bottom about the “Submit” button saying “Event Styles” and I don’t know where it’s getting it from!

    Does that heading appear in the template below?

    /events-manager/templates/forms/event-editor.php

    If not, have you created a custom template for that form within your theme folder?
