    New user here…

I installed the events calandar and using the new user primer, followed the instructions to set it up and then added a test event. However, the events page is not formatted properly, as you can see when you click the link. If you click the “read more” button on the events page, you can see my event. I was hoping that what I would see when clicking the events link, is a month view of our events. That’s what I thought I had set up.

Any advice or direction to enlighten or to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hmm, yeah – that doesn’t look right at all!

    A couple things to check:
    * Are you doing any template overrides? If so, try disabling these and using the ones that ship with the plugin.
    * In Events > Settings > Basic Template Settings, try using the “Tribe Events Styles”
    * Check for any other customizations in your plugins or in your theme’s functions.php file that could be overriding the way this page is being generated.
    * Make sure you don’t have a WordPress page called “Events” or with the URL slug of “/events” as the this could be overriding the page we automatically generate for your calendar.

Hopefully one of those options gets you back on track!

Thank you for your prompt response. I missed it before but I had Events Template set to “default page template”. duh…I only looked at that a dozen times. Changed it to “default events template” and it’s working fine.

    Thank you.
