    Hi

    Newbie here.

I am getting a message on my WP Dashboard that says:

“Uh Oh! For some reason WordPress could not create an events page for you (or you just deleted it). Not to worry though, all you have to do is create an empty page, name it whatever you want, and select it as your events page in your settings page.

I have created the new page, but I am struggling to find where in the Settings pages you set the page name I’d be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction

Thanks Tammo, but that takes me to the settings page. My problem is that I cannot find WHERE in the settings page I am supposed enter the name of the new page I have created.

OK, sorry: third block: Events page: choose one from dropdown.

    Hi Tammo

    Thanks for your speedy reply.

I’m afraid I’m about to test your patience.

The third tab (block?) is Formatting, and the only drop down on the Events section is for grouping the entries.

I have looked at all the other potential relevant tabs and sections and, I may be having a senior moment, but I can’t find any dropdown that will let me define my page. I must be missing something blindingly obvious. ??
