I have thoroughly checked but I cannot understand why these events are showing in the order they are.

I thought it might be the time. Nope: tried using the 24-hour clock notation instead, no change.

I thought it might be the publishing date/time. Nope: ensured the earlier event had an earlier publishing date and time, no change.

I thought it might be the (alpha order) name of the event (or, specifically, the subtitle). Nope: altered them, no change.

I thought it might be an alpha ordering from the slug. Nope: tried altering, no change.

Started again from scratch, recreating the posts. No change.

Help!! How do I force the 9:00-16:00 event to precede the 17:30-19:30 event??

  • AT the moment you can’t order event they way you want. The time field is free text because everybody has their own way of showing the time.

I’m working on a way to order event that happen on the same day but the only way to fix it at the moment is to create the events with the earliest one first.

Sorry about that, I never thought that so many people would ever use the plugin in so many different ways.

I tried creating the earlier one first, but it still showed second ?? No idea why, but I’ll just have to live with it!

I am looking at a fix if you can be patient for a while. Closing the thread now as there is no solution to the problem until I have figured out how to code this.
