• We have accumulated 120 events over the years on our website. However, as I realize now, I cannot see these events in the list view of the backend. Or to be more precise: I can only see events which are in draft mode, while the tabs ?All?, ?Mine? and ?Published? are empty.

I’m aware that others have encountered similar issues, so here is what I have already checked:

    • We are not using the Divi theme (it’s the Kadence theme, in case you are wondering)
    • I have tested this in Safe Mode – no change.
    • I have resetted the time zones – no change.

The website is running WordPress 5.9.3 on PHP 7.4.28. But I have an older copy of the website running WordPress 5.8.4 on PHP 7.2.24 which has the same problem.

What might help to solve the issue: When I create a new event now, it shows up as it should! (But when I edit an older event, it still doesn’t.)

    Any ideas?

I would suggest that you try installing our WP Safe Mode plugin, to rule out whether another plugin or your theme could be causing this. This can be done via the regular plugin installer and searching “WP Safe Mode”. With that, you can test your site with other plugins deactivated and running a default theme such as Twenty Twenty without it affecting your other visitors.

@angelo_nwl As mentioned above, I already did that, and it did not solve the problem.

The problem is still present, and it makes the plugin basically useless.
