• My events are not showing up after November. I have the limit of events set to 1000. Am I missing something else that might cause my events to stop showing after November?

It’s possible that the events farther in the future are not in your source feed, or that another setting in your shortcode is limiting the date range. Could you send your exact shortcode (including the feed URL) to the support email address on the ICS Calendar admin page? I’ll take a closer look. Thanks.

Please disregard the request to send an email — I see that you already have.

I’ve had a look at your source feed, and I verified that there are no future events in the feed beyond November. Are there more events in the calendar? Outlook/Office 365 does have a limit on how far in the future it includes events in the feed, but by default it’s usually 6 months (or in some configurations, 12 months).

If your only additional events are more than 6 months from now —?which is to say, no events between November and January, but more events in February or later —?then that would probably explain it.

If your Office 365 is only including 6 months of events, it’s possible to reconfigure it, but it’s a bit cumbersome. Here are some instructions:

Yes there are events in December through May on that calendar. Shouldn’t it at least be showing through February?

I also have the ical feed in other areas and it is showing those events. I am using an ical app for my Microsoft Teams and it is showing events through May. So I don’t think it is the source feed since they are the same.

I downloaded the actual raw ICS feed from the feed URL you are using, and it only had the events through November.

I guess I am not sure how to fix this. It is showing up in my Outlook calendar. I am using another plugin called VIRTO in teams and all of my events are showing up there. It seems to be just here they are not showing up. How do I troubleshoot and fix this?

VIRTO may not be using the ICS feed. The only solution with an ICS feed is to get Office 365 to extend the date range included in the feed. Please see the link I shared earlier in this thread for instructions on how to do that.
