Like others who have posted, I’ve gone through the whole process and followed the instructions, but my events are still not showing up once I assign the Eventbrite’s template to a page. I’ve tried disconnecting and deleting the plugins, clearing my cookies/cache, etc., but it’s still not working correctly. And the events are public so that shouldn’t be the issue either.

Here is the link to the page: https://www.seabaserowing.org/?page_id=1822

Can someone please help or have any ideas? Thank you!

    Hi,

Can you give me a link to one of your public events on eventbrite.com, so I can check some things?

If you have access to the options table in your database, search for “eventbrite”, and let me know what you find?

Does that link help? I’m not able to get into our database, or rather not sure where to look. But the Eventbrite page is still not working and any help figuring this out is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Oh, you’ll need to set some sort of permalinks (Settings > Permalinks); “post name” works well. Then disconnect and reconnecto to flush the cache, and see if that works.

I set the permalinks, deactivated/activated both the eventbrite and keyring plugins, even cleared my cache/cookies and events are still not showing up ?? I tested the keyring connection and it says its working correctly. Any other ideas? Should I maybe delete the plugins entirely and start over? Would that make a difference now that permalinks are set? Thank you for your help on this!

I don’t think it would make a difference, but it will make sure that the database is starting clean; no harm giving i a try.

Is this still the case if you use one of the default themes, and disable other unrelated plugins?

Unfortunately no luck on this. We ended up giving up and just linking out to our Eventbrite page. But thank you for all your time and help.

    – My Eventbrite event:https://www.eventbrite.es/e/entradas-test-2-17284885558

I’ve tried disconnecting and deleting the plugins, clearing my cookies/cache, set sort of permalinks (Settings > Permalinks); “post name”… and unfortunately nothing happen!

    What else can I do?

I’ve confirmed all check points working, but still no go.

Hi @vicdesotelle, there is more information about themes and such on the Eventbrite API Plugin FAQ page. One thing you can try, to see if it is a Theme issue would be to temporarily switch to one of the themes that have been optimized for the plugin, such as Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Fourteen and see if the events show up. If they do, then there may be some changes needed on Ultra.

Let me know how things go with the theme switch.

Hi victoroni, looks like you events are showing properly; if you have any other issues, let us know in a new thread.

Hi Vic, I’ll be happy to troubleshoot this through for you; can you just start a new thread so we can make sure to give it proper attention? You can send whatever credentials are needed to access the site to [email protected].
