events not showing up

Hi,

Are your test events live and public? If so, can you drop a link to one of them (the eventbrite.com link) so we can take a look? Also note that their API (and therefore this plugin) doesn’t support group registration events.

Hm, nothing obvious about the events themselves.

Can you tell us more about your setup, and provide a link to your test page? When you say “no success”, what are you seeing?

I have installed the Impreza theme (from UpSolution) and am running the latest version of WordPress. My hosting provider is DreamHost (VPS package).

I only get sort of a (badly aligned) site map on the page (see screenshot)

It looks like the page template is set right. DO you get the same problem if you switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Sixteen? It may be the theme’s markup; you can adapt the templates to the theme you’re using by following instructions in this article (see the section on tailored templates): https://themeshaper.com/2014/12/08/working-with-the-eventbrite-api-plugin/

I get the same issue in the twenty sixteen theme. No events showing up.

Hi, i succeeded in making the events showing up. I had to change paths on my Eventbrite API page, and it worked. Only issue now is that the layout is a complete mess. Sp probably my theme needs further customization. Could you please have a look? https://www.wunder-lab.eu/eventbrite/

Hi wilhelmg, great you got the events coming in, but yes, that will need custom templates to fit in perfectly with the theme.

Hi, I’m also experiencing a similar issue, although, I’m not what “change paths on my Eventbrite API page…” means exactly.
