Regarding the 404 error, I checked and the event you reported is now showing – https://www.staging8.breathinginchrist.com/event/breathing-in-advent-experience-life-in-christs-presence/. Could you double check?

those are file paths. I need the data handler names.

Yes, some events are showing because the only way The Events Calendar works with SiteGrounds Soeed Optimizer plugin is with Memcached turned off, which I would like to not turn off for the added performance.
