    Hello,

    I visited the links provided and everything appeared to be working properly. You are more than likely experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict which is unfortunately beyond the scope we’re able to provide through our support forums.

    I recommend reading through our Themer’s Guide and Testing for conflicts Knowledgebase articles.
