events not showing in reports in GA

Dear Sirs,
I’m having issues with the recording of events. Since a few days, I don’t see any events recorded in Google Analytics. I’m using GA3.
I’m sure there are some because I tried myself but no events are being tracked. As I use your plugin for the visits tracking I suppose it’s a plugin problem.

Do you have an idea why?
