We are having issues getting the API to list our event. BTW, I would LOVE to see a screen shot of how the events are displayed in WP for me to select the event.

The test event is published and live.

I have ran the Keying and tested the connection. It comes back working.

I have disconnected and reconnected the Keyring.

I have deactived and reactivated both Keyring and EventBrite pluggins.

The Evenbrite Template is selected

We are using Openstrap as our theme

Any assistance will be apprciated

You’re right, everything looks fine, Eventbrite just isn’t sending the info through. I’ve notified one of our contacts about your ticket and will respond as soon as it’s sorted.

Hm, this page “eb-test” is a 404 now; is the Eventbrite template assigned to a different page?

The test event was deleted, but there are two events that are published and processing orders now,

Hm, something is definitely off – I’ve reported it to Eventbrite again, and will report as soon as we hear from them.

OK, I give up. I am also not sure why I need this anyway. I have inserted the EvenBrite widget on my site. The event registration is ready to go without the plugin or keyring. https://www.theboobride.org/2015-ride/solana-beach. I am removing the plugins from the site.
