    Hello:

I’ve been using the free version of your plugin along with WP FullCalendar to display events created in a calendar. I recently tried switching calendar plugins to My Calendar Pro and none of the events previously created in BuddyPress Simple Events are showing in the new calendar. Can you tell me where the events are stored and/or how I might access them? I know in your description for the plugin you state your plugin does not come with calendars “BUT should work with any WP Calendar that supports custom post types.” What are the custom post types? I am trying to get as much information to pass on to the author of the calendar program I am trying to use to see if I can get it to work.

    Thank you.

The custom post type is event.
It sounds like WP FullCalendar allows the assignment of a custom post type, and My Calendar Pro creates its own events and uses its own custom post type.

    Perhaps I should change

“BUT should work with any WP Calendar that supports custom post types.”

    to something like

“BUT should work with any WP Calendar that supports the assignment of custom post types.”

Finally, support re premium plugins is not allowed on these forums therefore I am closing this topic.

    Hi:

    Thank you for the reply.

I’m sorry, I wasn’t looking for support for a premium plugin, just general question regarding compatibility of your plugin with calendars. Before you close, would it be possible to ask if you can export events created using your plugin as .cvs or .ics?

    Thank you.

This plugin does not support exporting.
But the WP exporter will export an XML file.
    Go to wp-admin > Tools > Export
    and select Events.
