Events not showing

    Hi

    I’m having an issue with the events not showing, I have disconnected and reconnected the connection, the events template is assigned and my events are live and public.

    I have read in previous posts you mention an error “This event has not been published yet”. How can i check to see if this is the cause of the issue.

    Hi Andy,

    That error has only happened in the tickets iframe on a loaded event, so if you have no events showing at all, it will most likely be something else.

    Can you give me a link to your Eventbrite Events page so I can take a look?

    Just checked back on to the page and it seems to be pulling through now.
