  • Hi,

Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?

    Latest of both.

    plugin: 5.5.7.1
    wp: 4.2.2

Have you ever used another events plugin on your site? We found one recently that didn’t uninstall correctly for a user and caused problems even though it had been removed.

    Nope,

The Event Manager plugin is the only one we use, this is a pretty weird problem, all the data is there, just not displaying anywhere.

Have you ever used an events theme (for the same kind of reason…)?

Have you tested with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme at the same time?

I’m having the same problem and using the same Divi theme. This is what I did before I got the same problem. I uninstalled the plugin using the Events admin option. I installed it again and it recreated the same pages again. I fixed the pages setting and deleted the newly created pages. When I added a new event they do not show on the back end but they do show in the front end. I don’t know if that helps.

I’m having the same problem with @gerikg.
I try to looking for problem solving but didn’t find it…
Can anybody help me how to solve this problem with Events not listed in backend but they show in the frond end?

    Thanks

I can confirm this problem. The events show on frontend, but not in backend. Using the Divi template as well.

    Same here :
    – everything is displayed fine in the Divi template (the major template from Elegant Themes)
    – but in backend, the list of events is displayed as empty.

If I switch to 2015 default WP template for a minute, and I check the backend list of events or EM, everything appears fine in the WP backend.
Then when I switch back to Divi template, they disappear again.

Any idea of how to solve this problem ?

i can fix this problem with solution idea from this link:

If you’re using Divi 2.4 there’s a problem with that version. Please see the link below for a code snippet you can paste into the functions.php file of your theme to fix the problem.
    https://pastebin.com/9EeWz30P

i add that script in the core of “function.php” Divi Theme folder not child theme.
but i think we must careful when Divi come with update in the future because i can’t make “function.php” in child theme.

May be anyone can help me how to make function.php in my child Divi theme?

    thanks

    Try the plugin Functionality
