There is no option for an event to expire after the date passes. There’s an option so the URL that an event links to will expire, so that the link will no longer show on the calendar. Is that what you’re referring to?

Joe, when the event date passes, I think a lot of us want the event info to remain on the calendar so people can access that information. I do not want a calendar that washes out previous date events and leaves the past dates blank. My clients want to see a track record, and your calendar eliminate that, it seems. When I tried archive in 251, it failed to close the past event popups. Nothing closed them. I had to delete them by rolling back to 250

    Hi, @trinity7

Please create your own support thread; I don’t think that your problem has anything to do with the original question in this thread. Thanks!

    Hi Joe –

I think I have the same question.

My web site shows “Today’s Events” followed by “Current Month’s Events.”

I do not want past events to expire from the calendar. BUT, I WOULD like to see past events “rotate out” of the list of upcoming events displayed in the “Current Month’s Events” location. Otherwise, I get a very long (and confusing) display of past, current, and upcoming events.

    My site is at: https://www.riverviewpubliclibrary.com/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Rita

Please create a new support request for this, thanks! It’s an unrelated issue. When you create the new support request, please tell me what version of My Calendar you’re using.
