Events not displaying verically

I am creating a lengthy list of events, and I want them to display vertically for users – not an arrow click one by one horizontally. I make the appropriate setting choices and the Preview of the page shows them the way I want. However, when live, they are only horizontal OR unreadable at all. Please help.
