Events not displaying new eventbrite api install

Followed all installation instructions, have a working (tested) connection to Eventbrite through keyring. Have added the Eventbrite Events template to a page at https://sunshinedistrict.org/events/event-tickets/. We do have a live, public event setup in Eventbrite currently with tickets defined (but not yet active). Should that display at least the event? Or does it require active tickets to display? Not sure what I am missing.
