    Hi Fred,

    > I don’t see where I can “disconnect” the api to reconnect and get a “reboot” of the cache

Ah, yes, this is basically steps 9 and 10 under Connecting to Eventbrite in the user docs. Start at Tools > Keyring, and:

    • click Delete for the existing connection
    • click Add a new connection
    • click Eventbrite
    • click Allow

This will purge your cache immediately, and force a new API call when visiting your Eventbrite page again.

    Hi,

I have having a similar problem. I have authenticated eventbrite in Theme Options and it states it’s connected. It just seems to keep searching for events, they appeared and then they disappear. I have tried using different browsers, making the Eventbrite events public, deleting and readding the eventbrite account etc, but still no luck.

Please can you help. https://testsitetmbc.wordpress.com/ I am on the free account.

    Hi tmbcit,

This forum is for the www.remarpro.com version of the plugin; if you post to the WordPress.com forums, you’ll have better luck there. Thanks!
