    Hi,

when looking at the event list it says All (4), but but nothing appears in the posts list. It’s like ghost content but that is counted by WP. How do i get through this ?

    Thanks

  • Hi @r3ddog

    Glad you reached out.

We’ll need more information on the issue, but it sounds like you are looking at the WordPress dashboard under Events and no events are listed.

Follow the steps in this Conflict Testing guide exactly as instructed to eliminate any possible conflicts from other sources.

Also make sure the site is using the recommended PHP version, and check the Cache Settings.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Best,
    Rob

    Hello,

Thanks for you answer. I reinstalled the version 5 and then i was able to see and delete this “ghosts”.

What are the tables or lines that needs to be removed in the database to clean this plugin?
Even removed the plugin is generating a “rocket_preload_job_preload_url” on pages that are not existing anymore and i don’t know you to get through?

    Regards

    Hi @r3ddog

Events are saved in the _posts table where post type is equal to tribe_events . If you want to clear your events, you can delete it from there.

Or you could also use this extension where you can Delete ALL existing Organizers, Venues and Events with this option.?

I’d suggest testing this first from your staging site before applying it into you live site.

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
