Events not coming thru (API tests OK) + Can’t find template

1) API test link in Keyring config page shows Eventbrite API connected & tests OK, but no events are coming thru on the page with the Eventbrite template assigned.

2) Would like to know likely location of Eventbrite template as site’s header is not appearing correctly and content jams against left of page without honoring left+right margins.
