I see the data in the database, but the Events CPT isn’t showing on the back end of the site and you can’t see them as a user on the front end of the site either.

I’ve tried rolling to a backup from last month and even January – no luck.

Tried disabling all plugins – no luck.

Tried the 2017 theme – no luck.

Any ideas what is causing this?

All my private events have disappeared from this month onwards. They are all posted when I check but since I updated to 7.2.3 they have all gone. This will involve HOURS of work. Help

I have this happening now too – not only will it involve hours of work to fix it but without knowing what’s the cause, any work I do could be wiped out again. Though, I no longer see the events calendar plugin even available and attempts to use it again gets me a response like I cannot download it because I already have it.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out ??

Sorry about the wait! We’ve seen a surge in support requests lately.

Are you using the classic editor or the new block editor?

Under Events > Settings, do you have “use block editor” enabled?

    Take care,
    Ed ??

    Hi. I am Using Avada
I have enabled Block Editor as you suggest, but current month’s private events do not appear at all unless I update them every day. I have tried making them sticky in month view, but the problem persists.
Also when I can get the current month to work, members log in, but in order to see private events they have to click the next month and then go back. Very irritating, especially as some of our members are not very IT savvy and just give up.

Do you have a link to the live site that you can share?

However the problem is only with private events. They show up on every month except the current one. You have to be logged on to see this phenomenon. Do I have to set up a username and password for you?

Just to clarify, on the first of every month I have to select all the current month’s private events and update them. Then I can see them on the calendar. However every member who logs on has to click forward then back on the calendar in order to see them. As a result bookings of our clubhouse cannot immediately be seen, a member assumes the clubhouse is free, and double books it. I therefore have to keep continually refreshing events that I have already posted. I can’t post them as public as the private bookings take over the events pages and it looks as though we have nothing but bar duty and art classes. Less frequent club events, that we want to publicise, get swamped by these weekly events.
I have set up a log in for you so that you can see the problem but for obvious reasons don’t want to post it here.
