Events Manager w/BuddyPress: Add an “Add Event” link to user profile menu?

Hello, I’m using Events Manager with BuddyPress and the BuddyBoss theme, and I really love this plugin — thanks for building it! I was wondering if there’s a way to add an “Add Event” link to the BuddyPress user menu; right now, adding an event is kind of buried; users have to to go “My Profile” or “My Events” to add an event. Please let me know if this is possible.

I would also like to know if it’s possible for the “Add Event” link on the “My Profile” page to be a button rather than a link; the “My Events” page displays a button to add an event, but the “My Profile” page only has a link. We would like the link to be a button so it is more prominent. Thanks so much!
