    How I understand the system of Events Manager (Version 5.9.5) as a basic client:
    – Every time a user books an event the Events Manager-system installs an account alltogether with a “secret password” (secret from the position of the user). There is no procedure so far to send information on the password or this process to the user, true?
    – The next time a user likes book by Events Manager, he will hit by the information, that his e-mail-adress is in the system – linked to his account; and he is asked for the password, he does not know – and furthermore: he might not know, why the system uses an internal password for his account. Some user donnot have a glue at all, that there is something like an account in the system.

    a) Unfortunatly some users drop out of the provess (= no booking);
    b) the more experienced ones hit “forgot my password”-buttom and are lead trough the process – down into the “cellar” of wordpress, which raises questions again…

    Have I been able to clarify my problem?
    Where is my missunderstandig or where am I able to find a solution in your forums?

    So far my ideas for a solution is:
    – set up an autoreply to users – in order to explain the process;
    – set up an account-user interface *outside* of the Events Manager-plugin in order to provide a clear and safe interface (from the position of the user)
    – set up not a more sophisticate Events Manager-tool but another one – like a shop system, …
    I’m worrying on these questions since weeks…
