events manager post_content not updated

great plugin! thanks!
the following problem:
it seems events manager writes the post_content to the wp_em_events table and also the corresponding wp_posts table entry.

all is good until i write a description into the field and then later want to get rid of it so its empty again. so when the field is not NULL anymore, it will never go back to empty again – to be more precise:
if you delete the description from post_content field only the wp_posts > post_content field is updated. the wp_em_events > post_content keeps the old value.

which ultimatly means i can never have the description blank again after there was content in it.

any ideas why the post_content is only updated in the wp_posts table when the description is empty?
