    Hello,

I am currently working a site that uses Divi as a base theme that we are customizing. I have installed Events Manager for the client to be able to add and display events on their website as they are an entertainment based company. However, upon installation and activation, the only options I get in the Dashboard under “Events” is Settings and Help. And when I click on “Events” it just takes me directly to the settings page instead of the event listing or “add new event.”

I have used Events Manager on many of our other websites without any issue at all. This is the first time I have ever encountered this issue. Do you have any idea why it would be doing this and a possible fix? I do know we have used Events Manager on another Divi website recently and it seemed to work fine no problem.

Also, I have already tried deactivating, and deleting the plugin and then reinstalling it, and that didn’t help either.

Here is a link to a screenshot for reference: https://www.mancehosting.com/rubicon/images/EventsManager-Glitch-screenshot.jpg

    Thanks!
    Mitch

Nevermind! I figured out that all of the user roles were un-checked in the User Capabilities settings panel for some reason. All is working as it should now. Thanks!
