Events Manager and Layouts by Toolset

I have previously used the Events Manager and been very satisfied. Now I want to use EM at a new site where I also use the supplement Layouts from Toolset (https://wp-types.com). I made a special page in the Layouts that I want to use with EM. When I do an event, it will not appear with my “layout-page” it appears with the theme’s default layout. It is the same with the category page for EM, however, it shown in “My Bookings” likewise in ” Locations”.
To use Layouts you must alter the way the post loop is handling, I have tried to find where that loop resides but I can′t find. Have you any ideas how I can do this to work.
