Events loading with default jquery deregisterd

    On my custom theme, I require a newer version of jquery so I have it deregistering the default jquery. When using this plugin it will not load the events on initial page load but will load when changing calendar view. Is there a way to make this plugin work with jquery loading in the footer and not using wordpress default jquery?
