    Hi

I am using your pluging following the instructions I got in a tutorial, which states that for each event I create in your plugin I must create a goal with the same parameters in GA. Doing so, the number of events is limited to 20 because this is the limit of goals in the GA.

Is there any way to create and track in GA more than 20 events? I am doing anything wrong?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Events are not tied up with goals. They can be used in the goal settings but have value of their own.

Are you using the Tag Manager by any chance? They have a different way of working with events.

    Hi

Thank you for your promp answer.

I am not using Tag Manager but WP Google Analytics Events. I found this pluging looking in YouTube how to track events in wordpress, and I am following the instructions given in the following video:

Is it correct? If I follow it, then there is the limit in 20 events.

    Best regards

    Albert,

An event isnt tied up to a goal. You can set more than 20 events but you will be limited in the number of goals that use them.

Thank you. Now it is clear.

Can you please take a look to the issue related to the effect of the plugin on GA?
