Events in Wrong Order

    The plugin is working great, aside from the fact that my event dates are out of order. I have done some CSS styling and have made each event an individual box, and have floated them so that they appear in two columns. However, the events are appearing way out of order, in a way that doesn’t make sense (i.e. randomly out of order, not backwards or otherwise). Has anyone else experienced this issue? And if so, any ideas on how to correct?

    hmm, sorry confusion but can I know what do you mean by ‘in wrong order’?

    Sorry for the confusion. I meant that the posts are not in order of the date. For example, event 1 is set for February 1st, Event 2 is set for March 1st, and Event 3 is set for April 1st, and so on. Rather than showing event 1 first, followed by events 2 and 3, they are out of order of the dates, like 2, 1, 3.

    Try setting Events > Settings > Pages > Event List/Archives > Default event list ordering to Order by name…

    That should do the trick.

    Thanks for the suggestion, however tried it and saw no change at all ??

    Messed around with it a little more and found out that the ordering by name did make a change, arranging the events in alphabetical order. I then changed the setting to arrange by Date, Time, then Name, and it worked! My events are now in order.

    I can’t believe I didn’t try this before, such an obvious solution.
