    Hi,

    my eventprime (version 3.4.3) extension work fine except the filters.

    I see the performes, the venues in the filter but when I choose one this condition or the date, no event is showing. If I search by keyword same problem.

    I use Hello Elementor theme, but I have tested to change to twenty-four theme same problem. My website is in french. The filter has never work from the first day. I have tested with and without french translation eventprime.

    How can I debug this problem ? Do you have, for exemple, an URL to test the result/filter ?

    P.S. My events doesn’t have a ticket or registration, I just use the event display on the calendar.

    For me, the user has to click Search twice. EventPrime have acknowledged this a problem.

    Your issue might be different but thought I would mention that as it took me a while to realise.

    Thanks for your message. Not working for me if I click Search twice, three… times

    I see another problem, if I click the “x” for remove the selected filter, the calendar not show events, I must click “Clear all” in the line “1 Filter applied” to review the events in calendar.

    Hi 2020media,

    I can reproduce your problem. I have installed a fresh WordPress with only EventPrime extension installed.

    And indeed I have to click twice on the button for the filter to be effective.

    I will try installing all the extensions and the theme of my site to see when I appear “my” problem.

    I have found an resolution for my problem, if I change in the page the short-code [events …] by the element “Event prime all events” from Elementor, all filters except keyword are working.

    So there remains only the same problem that 2020media also encountered.
