Events Filter Not Working

    Hello Filter Everything Plugin Support Team,

    I hope that everything is going well with you. I have a small problem which I’m facing with the filter on my events page I’ve created the filter which filters my Events according to the Events categories as you can see in this image https://prnt.sc/OEq_1aZFuXJN

    but I’m still facing a lot of problem in the events page as the filter shows the number of posts as it supposed to, but when I select on it it doesn’t filter anything. What should I do, because this is casuing a lot of problems with my suporiors.

    Hi @mmaazzeenn

    The free version of the plugin works only with the main query, if the events plugin uses a custom query to display events on the page, it will not filter it, for this, you’ll need to use the PRO version in order to filter custom queries – https://prnt.sc/DNRuP2_2BA89 but each option like upcoming, happening, expired are unique queries. So you cannot filter them all with one filter set.

    Hello Victor,

    Sorry, but I don’t understand it was working before and the image you have provided I don’t think it’s from mine correct? so I don’t know what I should do should I apply for pro or the filter could work, because it was working before at least on the upcoming

    By choosing the needed versions – https://prnt.sc/e1J2rxbi2dMI if it was working with the previous versions of the events plugin, you can contact them and use their previous version.
