events dont match form fills

    Hi,

    My GA Events shows 2 different categories for form: “contact form 7” and “contact form”
    why is that?

    Also, looking at just the “contact 7” category, it shows 17 everts, but there have been closer to 30 valid contact forms, and hundreds of spam submissions.
    whats going on?

    In version 1.8.5 (released Jan 16, 2019), the event name for certain integrations was changed from “Contact Form” to “Contact Form 7” so if you’re looking at more than a year’s worth of entries, that is why the name changed.

    If users have an adblocker or tracking blocker plugin active, that can prevent submissions from showing up in Google Analytics.
