Events don’t look like the rest of my theme

Events don’t look like the rest of my theme. The picture is off center and the padding or margins of my site are not holding true with the image. Also, there is allot of information below the event listing that I do not want shown??? For instance: Pages, Archives, Categories, Blogroll, Meta, etc. How do I fix theses issues? Please help!
