Events calendar not able to render calendar when chosen

  • The calendar I have installed seems to have a bug of some sort. Here it what is happening:

    1. Start by going to the calendar (default to month view) – comes up August
    2. Now advance to the next month (bottom right) to September
    3. What this does is cause the loader to spin infinitely with no rendering.
    4. Go to the drop down of the view and choose “LIST”
    5. Calendar will resolve to a list of events for September (the desired month)
    6. Now to go the drop down and choose “MONTH”
    7. Calendar renders properly with correct events.

    Sometimes the calendar will advance and other times it won’t.

    Can someone please let me know how to fix this?

    Unfortunately I was unable to replicate the issue you’re describing. It sounds like you may have a Javascript error on your calendar page. As a starting point, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict at play here?
