Events Calendar dashboard not showing all the catagories

    Hello,

    Yesterday I was trying to add an event to the website.

    I am unable to access the Events Calendar section to add or edit events. This is extremely critical.

    I tried disabling the Theme and reverting to a WP 2021, I also tried disabling all the plugins, both resulted in no change.

    This was working on Sept 27,2022 when i added ana venue and an event.

    It sounds like one of two things might be going on:

    1. There is a conflict with something on your site (another plugin, PHP version, caching)
    2. There was some form of an issue during the update to our latest version and the ensuing data migration to the new system

    If there is a conflict, you can test for that (preferably on a staging site).

    If the issue was caused by the data migration, you can reverse that migration.

    If that fixes the issue, make sure you follow all the steps in that article to test the migration fully.
