Events Calendar conflicting with Ninja Forms editor

Is anyone else seeing a conflict with Ninja forms and Modern Tribe Events Calendar?
Almost everything else is working fine until you go to edit the Emails and Actions. The editing window is not rendering correctly and does not display as html. I have replicated the issue on a test site and submitted details to both Events Calendar and Ninja. It doesn’t matter how much memory. My hosting company increased it while we troubleshoot.
Has anyone found a solution other than disabling Events Calendar? That is what I have to do now whenever I need to work on my forms. We do not want to switch to another calendar – too much history and don’t want to lose it, but I am open to doing so if this doesn’t get addressed.
