Events Calendar App

For the Events Ticketing app. I’ve tried getting it to work without success. I’ve recently realised that the issue is it only works if the order is set as completed for woocommerce system.

A paid order is usually in the processing status and not completed. Completed usually means an order has been filled. Is there a way to get the app working properly if the order is in processing and not completed.
