  • To rule a problem elsewhere, have you tried switching to the default theme to make sure your theme isn’t causing the conflict?

    Yes, I went back to the default theme..and activated just the two plugins. There is definitely a conflict. I reverted back to the previous version of Events Manager and there is no problem. It appears to be with the latest release.

    unfortunately can’t comment on the compatibility issue between EM and Royal Slider since I haven’t tried this slider plugin yet but thanks for raising this and we will try to look into this.

    at the moment it seems to work fine for me, I don’t get JS errors.

    HI Marcus,

    Its working because I reverted back to a previous version, not the latest one.

    The previous version of which plugin?

    For the poor fellas (like myself) without the PRO version (I should upgrade soon)… the issue appears to be in events-admin.css:

    .ui-widget-overlay.ui-front {
    z-index: 90;
    }

    Changing the z-index to 11 seems to make everything peachy keen. 12 appears to be the threshold. I’m playing around to see if altering that z-index has a profound effect on how the Events Calendar objects are displayed.
