We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that you have customized your “Thank you” page.
Our plugin will only track the transaction data when users land on the “Thank you” page of your store which having the standard Woocommerce “thank you” page URL.
Since you have changed the “thank you” page URL of your store; it’s changed from standard Woocommerce “Thank you” page URL to custom URL.
Current Custom URL on your store after installing plugin: https://oceanfit.com.au/my-account/?thankyou=yes
Standard Woocommerce “Thank you” page URL: https://oceanfit.com.au/checkout/order-received/1234/?key=wc_order_594e6e2af37cc (where 1234 is an order-id)
Reason:
As we have mentione in our previous response, you are using child theme on your store which might be override the standard “Thank you” page of Woocommerce.
