    Hi guys

    I’ve had the plugin installed for over 24 hours and I’m getting events reported in GA but no revenue coming through the GA ecommerce.

    I have goals set up for completed payments via paypal, and they’re firing, so that’s working.

    I’m now out of troubleshooting ideas… can you help?

    We did a quick look of your store & found that some functionality of our plugin is not working on your store. Also, we are unable to test the “thank you” page of your store due to Payment Method.

    Additionally, we noticed that you’ve “Child theme” installed in your store, which may be overriding the Standard Thank you Page of your store & hindering our Plugin to work on it, due to which we’ve already described in our Plugin’s description that our Plugin may not work with the Child Themes.

    But, for the testing purpose, we request you to share view level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com.

    Thanks guys, I’ve given you analytics view.

    From what I see, I haven’t modified any shop/woocommerce files in my child theme.

    My thank you page for goals is: /my-account/?thankyou=yes

    Thank you for sharing information!

    We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that you have customized your “Thank you” page.

    Our plugin will only track the transaction data when users land on the “Thank you” page of your store which having the standard Woocommerce “thank you” page URL.

    Since you have changed the “thank you” page URL of your store; it’s changed from standard Woocommerce “Thank you” page URL to custom URL.

    Current Custom URL on your store after installing plugin: https://oceanfit.com.au/my-account/?thankyou=yes

    Standard Woocommerce “Thank you” page URL: https://oceanfit.com.au/checkout/order-received/1234/?key=wc_order_594e6e2af37cc (where 1234 is an order-id)

    Reason:

    As we have mentione in our previous response, you are using child theme on your store which might be override the standard “Thank you” page of Woocommerce.

    For more details regarding child theme, kindly look in to this thread where we have explained it in details.
