    The internet browser tab for our events page now shows as ‘Events from August 12 – June 11 – Micro Maniacs Club. These dates are wrong. Previously it simply showed ‘Events’.

    Not sure why this has changed – is it possible to revert back to simply ‘Events’?

    If coding is not your forte, you can try the Code Snippets plugin. It eliminates the need to manually add custom snippets to your theme’s functions.php file.

    As always, please test it first on a staging version of your live site. If you have not created one yet, you can use the WP Staging plugin to create one easily.

    Thank you for continued assistance but I fear even your second suggestion is beyond my capabilities. I’ll see if I can get any local friends familiar with WordPress to help.

    For the second suggestion, I recommend watching a tutorial on how to use the plugin. It should be easy to follow.

    Additionally, the text on the Events tab is a recent update for The Events Calendar version 6.1.0.

    We updated title tags on events pages to be more unique and search specific, taking on formats like “Events from February 2, 2017 – February 3, 2019”.

    The tab continues to show the following:

    “Events from August 12 – June 11 – Micro Maniacs Club’

    However, the only Events listed are from July 13th 2023 to November 10th 2023.

    The tab is misleading. I don’t know where the dates are being pulled from – is it possible to correct this?
