  • Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out!

The event flow looks accurate to me. As you visited the site from a google search originally in your video and not from a Facebook ad.

I also see that for part of the video you have the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin deactivated. Tracking via the Pixel is only going to function if the plugin is active. If you’re turning the plugin on and off that is likely why you’re seeing odd results in your events because the tracking is not running 24/7.

In order to ensure the highest degree of tracking accuracy make sure you leave Facebook For WooCommerce active all the time.

Additionally please bear in mind that the tracking is never going to be 100% accurate as things like script and ad blocking browser extensions can also interfere with the pixel, and some browsers such as firefox take steps to try and make it harder for tracking to work, by default.

    Hi @gopitsi

With Facebook for WooCommerce active, you should have the event tracking offered by the Pixel.

The Pixel Helper is a small Chrome extension provided by Facebook which will allow you to verify that your pixel has been properly installed and works as expected. Learn more about the extension here and download it here.

Could you install this and let us know if you have any errors?

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Best!
