events 4.1 messes with side bar

    I went back to Events list 4.0 and all was good. The newest version hangs off the side of the page on twentytwelve theme.

    You have defined a p-tag with a specific width in your event details which causes problems in the sidebar:
    <p style="width: 600px;">

    You can either remove displaying the details in the widget with the relevant widget option or remove this style completely.

    I have added some widget options in version 0.4.1 which could be a problem for already defined widgets. Please go to the widget admin page, have a look if all event widget settings are correct and safe your changes to ensure that all options are set to your requirements.
