I have started using EventPrime for a website system I have been asked to do and it’s the closest plugin to what is needed to do so far and it looks really good. I just need bit of help with it and if can help with the following questions please

    1. I need to create different recurring courses which I have done, for example there is single classes which run Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and there is courses that are part of a series so there is part 1, part 2 and part 3 which I have done and made it repeat every 3 weeks. I need to allow the user to be able to book multiple classes, for example if they book part 1 on 28th February 2024 and would like to book part 2 on 20th March 2024 so the user can select and book multiple courses and book and pay in one booking. Hopefully that makes sense. Is that possible to do?
    2. I need to set a discount on the third course booking, for example each course is £38 per person but if the user selects 3 courses they get a £12 discount. Is that possible to do?

    Hello @ianhaneybs,

    Thank you for using EventPrime!

To better understand your current scenario and to address your inquiry more efficiently, could you please consider sharing the configurations currently implemented for the recurring events?
Furthermore, please elaborate on your approach to course offerings.

    Hi

Thank you for your reply, appreciate it. If it helps the link to the website is https://www.amandasartcubby.co.uk/booking-system/index.php/home-page/

That has the recurring courses added to it to hopefully give you a idea of how the recurring events are implemented. I can send a screenshot of the admin side recurring events configuration as well if needed.

On that link I provided, I would like to know if it is possible for the user to select a single pottery course for today and a single pottery course for tomorrow and book and pay for them in one booking instead of booking each course individually?

Also if for example the user selects a course for today and a course for tomorrow, can the user receive a £12 discount for booking the second course so instead of the total being £76, it would be £64 (with the £12 discount applied)

    Hello @ianhaneybs,

Thank you for sharing the requested details!

We would like to inform you that this is currently not possible as each event is treated as an independent entity and a distinct booking log will be created for each one. This extends to the discount functionality, therefore, as of now, you won’t be able to offer a discount based on the course enrollment.

Having said that, we acknowledge your request and our team will comprehensively examine the feasibility of the requested feature for possible inclusion in the system with our upcoming releases.

I hope this provides the necessary clarification to your inquiry.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
