WooCommerce checkout field

    Hi. I’m using Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro. However some of the field that I added in are not being captured in WooCommerce Order. I have to add them as custom field for them to show up. And when export, those field are not being reflected in the spreadsheet.

    I understand you’re using this WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor (Manager) Pro plugin:

    If the data from additional fields does not get added to the order itself and isn’t in the .csv file during the export – I’d recommend reaching out to support of the mentioned plugin:

    If the data is visible within the order but it isn’t in the .csv file – I’d recommend ticking “Yes,export all custom meta” checkbox during the export.

    If that doesn’t help – I’d still recommend reaching out to support of WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor (Manager) Pro plugin since additional checkout fields aren’t a part of core WooCommerce functionality.
