  • So did something change between it working and not working – a setting tweaked or another plugin updated, or anything of that order?

In the first instance can you visit Settings → Permalinks (you don’t need to save anything, just visit the page) then see if the events are accessible? If so, great – but if not please additionally try deactivating all other plugins and switch to a default, unmodified theme like Twenty Twelve, then repeat the step of visiting the permalinks admin screen.

Single events are located in events/upcoming/ folder, but the settings do not allow you to input but one folder deep.

Do you mean the single event slug setting? You are correct, that does not support nested directory style paths at this time.

We tried copying the site to our test site. Disabled the other plugins, changed themes. Nothing changed from working to not working except for updating the calendar plugin.

https://www.seccaracing.com/ is the site and the events are listed on the homepage.

Hmm, that is problematic (though I couldn’t see any events on your homepage I did find your upcoming events list and went from there).

Can you confirm if visiting Settings → Permalinks helped at all?

That did not work either. I unistalled the plugin and tried reinstalling. All the data was still there and cant do a reset. Right now I’ve had to go to a different calendar plugin but would much rather use this one.

OK. We’re sorry to hear that, but it’s especially difficult to help if we can’t see the problem (since you have switched) and if we can’t replicate it.

If there is any other information you can provide to help us reproduced this behaviour please do share it – otherwise, at this point, I’m not sure there is too much else we can do here.

It’s been a month, so in accordance with our forum guidelines I’m shutting this thread. Thanks for your support!
