Eventbrite Template Not Displaying

I recently installed and activated both the Eventbrite API and Keyring plugins. I have created the connection between my eventbrite account and my wordpress page using the Keyring plugin and tested to make sure that the connection is working – which it is.

I am following the instructions of how to use Eventbrite API provided here: https://automattic.github.io/eventbrite-api/users.html

The last step (Assigning A Page for Your Events) is where I’m stuck. This step has me create an event page and then select the Eventbrite template for that page. I created an event page (seattlemakers.org/events) but in the Page Attributions section, the templates drop-down menu only gives two options: 1) default, and 2) category page with intro. How do I get the eventbrite template to show up here?
