    Eventbrite events will no longer import. I generated a new API key and double-checked that everything is correct. When I schedule an import, it appears to work fine, but nothing gets imported (we have multiple events that should be pulled in) I tried both the private and the public tokens.

    Is there something I’m missing? This is really hard to troubleshoot without an error message when it just says ‘Scheduled import has been run successfully.’

    Hi @jayesel ,

    If an import is working fine and when you schedule import it’s not working? Make sure that cron job are running fine on your server.

    This issue has been fixed! Turns out my client created a new organizer in EventBrite for the new events, and that’s why they weren’t being pulled in (they didn’t give me a heads up on this!) Thanks!
